I forget the rest.  I'm pretty sure that the original quote deals with the legal problems associated with vegetables and meat though. “Our vegetables are now 83% beef free!”

I think your signs are just fine, as they don't make your customers feel like you are trying to "sell", but more as if you are trying to share, and offering up your bounty for their benefit.
