    Hi matt,
I had a positive experience ridding my brussel sprouts and cabbage transplants of a few worms that were chomping their way through the delicate new leaves. I threw about 4-5 cloves of garlic into my blender with 2 cups of water, and voila...a garlic smoothie. I poured it over each plant and I didn't see any more chomping. It's 3 weeks later and I am thinking of giving another dose just to ward off any future attacks.

Do you think that would work with garlic scapes and do you think the garlic will effect the taste of the vegetable when harvested?
