The local portion of what we're currently eating on the farm. Produce is grown here, except as noted. Prepared foods contain mainly local ingredients, not necessarily organic.
In the field: beet, carrot, chives, garlic, green onion, herbs (basil, oregano, parsley, sage, tarragon, thyme), Jerusalem artichoke, onion, parsnip, spinach, Swiss chard, winter squash
Cold storage: eggs (on-farm)
Freezer: beef, chicken, turkey
Meats are purchased, small-farm, more-or-less organic, except for our own chicken.
Dried: hot peppers
Bottled: jams & jellies, honey, hot pepper sauce, maple syrup, mustard, pickled beets, pickles, relish
All purchased or gifts; local small kitchen.
