Here it is on a gloomy evening after a few days of meltdown. A cold snap with a couple of inches of snow is forecast, and then, it’s back to the warming by the middle of next week. So the weatherpeople say.

Here it is on a gloomy evening after a few days of meltdown. A cold snap with a couple of inches of snow is forecast, and then, it’s back to the warming by the middle of next week. So the weatherpeople say.
This is the local portion of what I'm currently eating. Produce is grown on the farm, except as noted. Prepared foods contain mainly local ingredients, not necessarily organic. Spring 2012:
In our field: -
Cool storage: Garlic, onions, potatoes, winter squash
Fridge: -
Freezer: Goat, grass-fed beef, spinach
Meats are purchased, local small-farm, more-or-less organic.
Dried: Hot peppers
