Curing garlic

Following the attack of the leek moth, the garlic was slightly bruised but unbowed. The larva seem to have been stopped up top, snipped and pinched out before they had a chance to tunnel all the way down the stem, which is what they apparently would like to do. Instead, the harvest has turned out just fine. The bulbs overall are a bit on the smaller side, but the cloves are nicely filled out, so…all’s well!
