This is the local portion of what I'm currently eating. Produce is grown on the farm, except as noted. Prepared foods contain mainly local ingredients, not necessarily organic. Spring 2012:
In our field: -
Cool storage: Garlic, onions, potatoes, winter squash
Fridge: -
Freezer: Goat, grass-fed beef, spinach
Meats are purchased, local small-farm, more-or-less organic.
Dried: Hot peppers
Bottled: -

What a beautiful site!
great photo’s and stand! I will have to make a trip to the market to try some of your produce.
